We are seeking the following candidates:
- Α strong multi-tasked, excellent candidate to work in our Athens office. Job duties include but are not limited to: selling tour packages and tickets, booking flights, receiving incoming calls for existing reservations and new bookings, providing outstanding customer service, regular relationships with clients and Exo tour vendors. Management of clientsΆ files, maintain accurate and complete client profiles, e-mail and mailing list information, working in computerized environment, 100% knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Amadeus selling platform.
Accountant for our accounting department with minimum experience 1 year in a travel company
We are searching for candidates that:
- Are personable, goal oriented, and enjoy relationship-building with our clients
- Have excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Can handle multifaceted tasks
- Can work well under pressure
- Have a passion for travel
- Can work in a small, team-based work environment
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can work independently
Experience
- Minimum 3 years leisure travel agent or/and tour operation experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in selling travel products
- Minimum 1 year Amadeus experience
- Must have traveled internationally to at least one of our destinations
