CONTENT HELLAS SA, a member of AMADEUS GROUP, contacting Business in Online Hotel Distribution Industry, is seeking for a dynamic and motivated professional to cover the following position:  Operation Executive

Overall Purpose:
  The objective of this role is to handle and solve all calls/ requests related to Content Inn reservation platform; to support travel agenciesΆ sales process for hotels – individual and group bookings – transfers and other travel related services, in accordance with the companyΆs commercial policies.

KNOWLEDGE,  SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  Education: Higher education or equivalent in experience
  Knowledge,  Skills

     
  • Language: Fluent     both in Greek language and in English.
  •  
  • Organized,    structured and accurate.
  •  
  • Analytical and     proactive. Capable of working independently.
  •  
  • Flexible,    customer and result driven and a good team player.
  •  
  • Good PC skills,    MS Office knowledge
  •  
  • Knowing basics     of customer support (Call Centre, Help desk, etc.)
  •  
  • Self motivation

Experience:

     
  • At least 3 years     experience in an administration/ organizational/ back- office based role.

Previous professional experience in travel industry is a must. Specialisation in hotel wholesalersΆ business will be considered as an advantage. GDS knowledge is also considered to be a plus.

ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES

     
  • Handling and solving of all incoming calls from Content Hellas subscribers, regarding functionalities, misuse and misinterpretation: escalation and follow up to ensure resolution and customerΆs satisfaction whenever is needed.
  •  
  •  Handle all requests from customers for reservations via Content Inn and reservations for services provided by Content inn suppliers (group reservations, transfers, excursions etc) made with manual process (out of Content Inn system).   Ensure an effective sales operation process, by providing to customers the best possible alternatives, with timely manner and efficiency.
  •  
  • Liaise with Content Hellas suppliers for any request of a customer, related to Content Inn reservations, in order to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.
  •  
  • Keep an updated database with all information related to customerΆs requests, booking modifications, cancellations etc.
