ORBIT TRAVEL SERVICES LTD seeks to recruit personnel

ORBIT TRAVEL SERVICES LTD (MYCONOS/PAROS/NAXOS) a dynamic Travel Agency holding a prominent position in the Incoming sector of the Cyclades the last 20 years, seeks to recruit the following personnel.

1. OPERATIONS

Duties:

  • Monitor the day to day smooth operations of the office.
  • Ensure that highest quality of services is provided to all clients on the island.
  • Ensure that highest level of communication is realized between Orbit Travel and its Clientelle (Tour Operators/Travel Agents)
  • Ensure that highest level of communication is realized between Orbit Travel and its providors (Hotels etc)
  • Coordination of staff
  • Assist/instruct all Reps

Prerequisites:

  • Tourist studies (college/university level)
  • Experience of at least 3 years in similar position/area
  • Excellent command of English (one more European language would be an asset)
  • Computer skills/Internet.
  • Pleasant personality, career orientated, organisational skills.
  • Own means of transport would be an asset.

2. RESERVATIONS

Duties:

  • Receive and process hotel reservations.

Prerequisites:

  • Tourist studies or other.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in similar position/area.
  • Excellent command of English (one more European language would be an asset)
  • Computer skills/Internet.
  • Pleasant personality, career orientated, organisational skills.
  • Own means of transport would be an asset.

3.PERSONAL ASSISTANT/SECRETARY TO THE SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

Duities:

  • Organize/coordinate the day to day program of Director.
  • Liaison between Director/Clients/Providors.
  • Keep, organize all necessary data.
  • Liaison between CompanyΆs offices.

Prerequisites:

  • Tourist or secretarial studies.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in similar position and sector.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and one more European language.
  • Computer skills/internet
  • Pleasant personality, career orientated, organisational skills.

Competative compensation package will be offered depending on candidateΆs experience and qualifications.
