AMADEUS HELLAS SA is seeking for a dynamic and motivated professional to cover the following position:
JOB TITLE: Business Solutions Specialist
REPORTS TO: Business Solutions Manager
Overall Purpose:
Support products / solutionsΆ implementation in Greece and Cyprus.
Activities:
- Support implementation and rollout of Amadeus products/solutions. Ensure product testing and piloting.
- Analyze customer requirements and identify modifications necessary to meet those needs.
- Identify opportunities for the development of new or enhancement of existing products through analysis of market, competitor and customer information and knowledge of Amadeus’ potential offering.
- Provide technical and product information to customers. Liaise directly with customers to ensure proper product implementation and customersΆ satisfaction.
- Assist sales staff with the technical aspects of product demonstrations and presentations.
- Assist Business Solutions Manager in various projects.
Special focus in the e-commerce area:
- Carry out implementation process for e-commerce solutions for Amadeus customers – liaison with web designers for the customization of the travel agency portal as well as with HQs for setting up Amadeus solutions according to customersΆ requirements.
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends, competitorsΆ solutions and key opportunities and identify modifications necessary to meet those needs.
- Provide technical and product information to customers. Liaise directly with customers to ensure proper product implementation and customersΆ satisfaction.
- Provide internal reporting on e-commerce results.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science / IT / Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge on: HTML, CSS, Javascript and Graphic editing tool (Photoshop or equivalent). Visual basic knowledge will be considered as a plus.
- Fluent Greek and English
