White Key (www.WhiteKeyVillas.com) is a leading company in the exclusive villa rentals market, offering a portfolio of over 60 luxury villas in Greece for vacation rentals. The villas are rented for periods ranging from one to six weeks and are very often staffed with chefs, butlers and sometimes chauffeurs. The clients of White Key are usually some of the worldΆs most affluent families and often celebrities.
White Key is looking to expand and is searching for motivated individuals, with interest in the upscale tourism and real estate sectors, to join its team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A University degree and at least 3 years of experience in a relevant sector
- Speak Greek and at least two foreign languages
- Drive and enthusiasm to work in a relatively new tourism-related sector with a team of young entrepreneurs
- Service-oriented mentality
- An understanding of the high-end tourism market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work with numbers would be useful
- An artistic “flair”
- Maturity and the ability to handle unexpected situations
- A broad international exposure will be a plus
The person(s) who will join will be exposed to most aspects of the operations of the company, mainly the following:
- Active sales
- Contact with clients prior to arrival for all the necessary arrangements
- Co-ordination of services provided by third parties
- Meeting clients upon arrival
- Contact with existing and potential owners
- Contact with international travel agencies and concierge companies
- Creation of marketing strategy and implementation
- Preparation of marketing and promotional material
- Public relations
